RETURNS POLICY
We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from YOVISHMAN. You can return all items withinĀ 7 days of receiptĀ for a refund of the items purchased. All queries related to Shipping & Returns will be addressed via the returns/exchanges tab on the website or you can contact us Via email or WhatsApp.Ā
Please note:
- All products are eligible for returns and exchanges within seven days of product delivery.
- Return requests will be processed through the website Exchange & Returns tab or you can call our customer service number or you can WhatsApp.
- Please ensure that the products returned are unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
- Our customer service working hours are 10:30 AM to 5:30PM (Monday - saturday).
- Customer service will not be available on weekends, all bank & national holidays.
- Emails are replied within a 48-hour TAT.Ā
REFUNDĀ POLICY
Note:Ā For Prepaid orders, a refund will be credited to the original source, Once the returned item gets picked up.
- It might take 2-3 working days after the courier is picked up.
Note:Ā For COD ordersĀ refund will be processed as per the logistics partner.
- It might take 3-4 working days after the courier is picked up. There will be a minimum deduction of 50/- COD refund charges & 50/- for returning the item.
SHIPPING
- We offer free shipping on all orders.
- Products are shipped from our warehouse within 2 to 3 working days.
- You will receive the order tracking number as soon as we ship your order.
